Hakob Tadevosyan

Mr. Hakob Tadevosyan joined Grant Thornton in 2001 and currently holds the position of director in “Grant Thornton Legal & Tax”. Mr. Tadevosyan is over 10 years experienced lawyer, he has special experience of work in Governmental Sector, the Armenian SME and Financial Sectors, proven expertise in advising both non-governmental organizations and private businesses, international and domestic organizations from a wide variety of industries and areas including financial institutions, charitable organizations, etc.

Mr. Tadevosyan provides legal advice in a wide range of areas of law, such as entity registration (including financial institutions), tax legislation, employment, environment, real estate, industry-specific regulations, NGO related legislation, etc. He has proven experience in provision of legal opinions on legality of transactions in the field of real estate, and specifically transactions based on land legislation.

Mr. Tadevosyan is a licensed advocate and provides the clients with a highest level representation services in courts as well as governmental organizations.
